Private session utilise the reformer as well as mixed equipment, depending on your needs

Expect it to be awkward for the first couple of sessions. It’s like starting a new job, the first couple of days can be tricky while you're learning your way around the reformer, the moves and your body. We will always help you and check in on you as will your class mates aka your new friends.

If you are injury free, you are welcome to join us in a ReformerFlow Open Level or a private session. An Open Level flow will give you progressions and regressions options for you to take to cater the workout to suit your body. A private session will be a 1:1 session fully catered to you and your body.
