Pilates 

changed my life

It is my job, my hobby and has been my work since 2015. A love of strength training mixed with a Chronic Fatigue diagnosis led me to search for a form of resistance training that would empower me without killing me but what I found was so much more, it is my purpose. Not content with just knowing about Pilates I dived in head first to my obsession with learning, researching, more learning and doing to find out everything there is to know about anatomy and Pilates and how it can help you. I have always had a drive to help people and an empathy for others and what better way to help our community than through movement. Personally, I don't have a background in dance or sport, I have never been coordinated and always been a little bit of an outsider which is why i am so much about my Central Core community,

central core has become an addiction (of the good variety) and we love it.
Sarah has created a beautiful community within central core, it is fun, friendly, hip (with a bit of hop) and a lot of spice and burn. We have alot of laughs. every class is different which keeps it fresh and interesting. Reformer pilates has helped my lower back issues and sarah's hands on correcting ensure the perfect technique in every class.
